If an order has already entered the fulfillment or freight dispatch process at our logistics facilities, immediate order cancellation cannot be guaranteed; in such instances, you may exercise your right to return the merchandise strictly pursuant to our Return & Refund Policy upon receipt. In the event that we cancel or modify an order prior to dispatch, we will notify you promptly via the email or phone number provided at checkout and immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method. SECTION 4 - PRICES, SALES TAXES, AND PAYMENT INTEGRITY

Tax Transparency & No Hidden Surcharges: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated, displayed, and collected at checkout based on the statutory sales tax regulations of your designated delivery destination. For all domestic orders delivered within the Contiguous United States, there are absolutely no hidden customs duties, import tariffs, brokerage fees, or surprise handling surcharges assessed upon delivery. The final amount displayed on your order summary at checkout represents the total and complete cost of your purchase.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment and billing information for all orders. You represent and warrant that:

All projected transit windows, dispatch estimates, and delivery schedules published on our website are good-faith logistical estimates and do not constitute absolute delivery guarantees. While we make every commercial effort to adhere strictly to stated schedules, Korser is not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather events, carrier route congestion, infrastructure disruptions, or events of force majeure outside our immediate control.

Title and Risk of Loss: For consumer retail purchases, title and the risk of physical loss or damage to items transfer to you only upon successful, physical delivery of the merchandise by the carrier to your designated delivery address. If your order arrives physically damaged, missing structural components, or is determined by the carrier to be lost in transit prior to delivery, please notify our customer care team within forty-eight (48) hours at support@korser.net with photo documentation, carrier tracking, and order details. Our team will promptly open a carrier inquiry and arrange for a no-cost component replacement, product exchange, or full refund.

For oversized furniture delivered via Freight / Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) services, standard delivery is curbside unless upgraded services are explicitly purchased. Freight carriers will contact the recipient via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule an appointment window; the recipient is responsible for being present during the scheduled window to receive the shipment.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All digital and physical assets comprising the Services—including registered and unregistered trademarks, brand dress, logos, technical drawings, photography, visual media, text, user interfaces, proprietary software, and the compilation and aesthetic arrangement thereof—are the exclusive intellectual property of Korser Furniture, Hangzhou Keshi Technology Co., Ltd., Rongyu Technology Limited, or their respective licensors, and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTRACTUAL BREACH SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE NET MONETARY AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO KORSER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER OR ITEM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Korser, Hangzhou Keshi Technology Co., Ltd., Rongyu Technology Limited, Shopify Inc., and our respective corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising out of:
