Shipping Policy

1. We deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery to certain remote areas may require additional arrangements. For international orders, service is provided through authorized distributors.

2. Standard FedEx shipping within the U.S. is free (additional charges may apply for oversized items, as indicated on the product page). Customers may choose White Glove delivery, calculated based on order value and item dimensions (commonly $119 per order).

3. In-stock items typically ship within 2–10 business days. Custom-made products have a production lead time of 4–6 weeks, with shipping taking an additional 7–12 business days.
