Warranty Terms

1. All clearance items and order gifts (products marked with "Clearance" on the website) are not eligible for warranty coverage.

2. The frame structure is covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Other components (such as foam, fiber filling, feathers, stitching, zippers, springs, suspension systems, chair legs, sliders, drawers, rotating bases, etc.) are covered by a 2-year limited warranty (starting from the date of delivery).

3. The warranty applies to issues that affect the product's functionality and structural integrity.

4. Remedies include: repairing parts/entire product, replacement with a new item, or partial refund.

5. Price Protection: A price adjustment can be made for any price difference if the product's price drops within 30 days after purchase.

6. Within 30 days of delivery, products can be exchanged free of charge if there is non-human damage, incorrect items, missing items, or product defects.

7. Full refund for products in their original, unopened packaging: If the area supports pick-up services, a 10% pick-up fee will apply. If the area does not support pick-up, a 20% logistics fee will apply.
